We’re about halfway into the Wellest Challenge and you may be in need of some inspiration. A combination of high intensity interval training and slow-flow restorative yoga, this challenge is no joke. Your heart rate has increased, your muscles have been loosened, and, hopefully, you’ve seen the power of reaching beyond your comfort zone.
